Help Desk Technician Program


The Help Desk Technician program at New Horizons Dallas teaches students the skills necessary to support the IT infrastructure of today’s workforce. Students will learn how to install, configure and upgrade hardware and software, troubleshoot technical issues, educate employees on security best practices, and how to use the tools of Microsoft Office to effectively communicate information within a company.

Office Specialist Program


The Office Specialist program at New Horizons Dallas teaches students the administrative skills that are critical in today’s modern work environment. Students will learn Microsoft Office fundamentals such as how to create Word documents, utilize Excel spreadsheets to perform data analysis, communicate information with Microsoft Outlook, and present material effectively and professionally with Microsoft PowerPoint.

The Systems Administrator program at New Horizons Dallas teaches students the skills necessary to support the IT infrastructure of today’s workforce. In addition to learning how to provide technical assistance with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, students will also learn how to manage cloud solutions, customize the Windows 10 operating system, and implement best practices surrounding systems deployment in today’s modern IT environment.
